Our story
A family orchard, where the apricots ripen slowly.
High in the Malatya valleys — the apricot capital of the world — our family has tended the same orchards for four generations. It began with a handful of saplings and a belief that nothing improves on patience and sunlight.
We let the fruit ripen fully on the branch, then lay it out to cure under the open Anatolian sun, exactly as our grandparents did. No ovens, no sulphur, no rush — only time, warmth and hands that know each tree.
Solejia is our way of carrying that harvest beyond the valley: single-origin, naturally dried, and packed with the same care we would give our own table.
